Hi! My name is Jason Cannon.

Over the past 19 years, I have worked in the design studio for the Ohio History Connection. There, I was part of a team that was responsible for the Ohio History Center’s 60K square feet of exhibits and approximately 120K square feet of interpretive components at statewide network of visitor centers, historic homes, archaeologic sites, nature preserves and trails.

A little more about me...

My career started out in multimedia where I designed interactive touchscreen programs for visitors at Ohio History Connection. A few years later, my work would also include designing interpretive panels, infographics and timelines. Over the last eight years, I have continued designing for the Ohio History Connection and stepped into the role of Project Manager as well. I have numerous years of hands-on experience in the design process, from conceptualization to delivery, and UX/UI design process. I'm looking to add value to your company by going beyond the pretty graphics on the page. Skilled at leveraging partnerships with external vendors and an expert at inter departmental coordination and communication. Able to stretch the boundaries of visual storytelling through detailed illustrations and strong informational and interpretive graphics to engage all audiences. Oh, and I enjoy being a husband and father to three kids and cooking.

I would love to connect with you.
